I graduated with honours from the Vancouver School of Art where I specialized in printmaking, 3D design & fabrication. After art school I performed & choreographed dance works, then produced illustrations for editorial, publishing & advertising before returning to the visual fine arts in 1998.
For about 15 years I created public artworks in steel & concrete, then for another 15 years painted large works in oils. I am currently making prints which I have done off & on since art school.
I have received numerous awards and my work has been exhibited in solo and group exhibitions and sold to public and private collections in Canada, the US, France & China. I have recently left the bustle of city life to live & work in Qualicum Beach, on Vancouver Island, BC, and my new work reflects this quieter mode.
